MODEL MAKER

Thanks to the model maker, hand-bag and clutch born. Starting from a project, our experts develop prototypes and samples.

CUT

In that phase you can really feel the craftsmanship of our company. The cut of the leathers is made by hand but also by socket punch for a better finishing and optimizations of the raw material.

PREPARATION

In the preparation of semi-finished products, we are able to perform a complete and complex production cycle, in which every kind of leather processing is made: roll-badget seam, border stitch, overlapping sewing.
Our technicians always give us a lot of attention and a very careful manual ability on handling the leathers in rifting, stripping and pre-assembling, where cutting edge machines are used to have a very high quality standard.

THE ASSEMBLAGE

The assembly step takes part entirely within the company. We can guarantee a careful planning of the details thanks to assemblig leather by manual techniques. Anyway, the sizing and the stich are made also by machines.

THE FINISHING

The finishing is what makes our products unique and rich in craftsmanship made in Italy. Our technicians correct the slightest imperfections and smudges, making each product finished in all of its details. Finally, they color the borders and insert the latest decorations.

QUALITY CONTROL

Quality control is the last step before delivering a product, the way to prove that it is truly finished and accomplished with all the company standards . This last step takes place out of the production sector for a better concentration and assessment of the product.
